Welcome to my new blog.

For those who are new here, my name is Amanda, I live in the south east of England with my husband Keith and cocker spaniel dog Kip.  I am a pilgrim (in the loosest term) and look forward to sharing my present journey with you.

  1. Hello, Amanda. I saw your comment about depression on Dr. Jenner’s blog and I thought, “Hmmm. This gal has depth!” So, I scooted over to see what your blog is about, and I’m not surprised to find the depth I anticipated.

I’m looking forward to reading more of your story and sharing the road with you…From reading your About, I can see you’ve come through a lot of pain in your life.

    Love and prayers for you…

  2. Wow, thanks Lori, high praise indeed. In Him all things are possible, even if they are not what we would want or expect, He makes it right, right for us. My love and prayer for you, Amanda

  3. Thank you for sharing your heart Amanda and be encouraged that the Lord is our healer. He does bind up broken hearts (KJV Luke 4:18 per Isa 61:1), holds and repairs them, even making them new. All we can do is give our loved ones to Him for safe-keeping and their repair and eventual return, even reconciliation.

That’s happened for 2/3 of our separated ones. So Amanda, I pray you’ll keep holding on to our Father and Jesus and that you’ll be surprised and blessed at what our God of the Breakthrough does.

  4. Thank you Richard, He is indeed and if I allow Him He will bind my heart. I just need to be given the space from those who are intent on causing me harm to breath, re focus and let Him. Thank you for your prayers I will indeed hold on. God Bless you. I love your posts by the way, recommended them to my husband who I understand you are now in communication with, excellent.

  5. Hey! I’ve nominated you for the Wonderful Team Member Readership award 😀 You can check out the details at my blog: http://funnyfornothingblog.wordpress.com/2013/08/14/i-nominate-thee-for-the-wtmr-award/
